Cavan joined BRI in July 2009 after leaving secondary school. He is studying towards a Business & Administration NVQ and after this hopes to achieve the AAT qualification (Association of Accounting Technicians).

Joyce Davison began her career in banking and has worked for BRI since 1980. Joyce is Secretary to the Directors, oversees client reporting and deals with all other aspects of client administration.

Hazel Gwynne has worked for BRI since 1981 and looks after all aspects of client administration as well as providing support for the Board in her capacity as Company Secretary. Hazel is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the CISI Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ).

John joined BRI after a 38 year career at a major UK bank having worked as a Relationship Manager for over 20 years and more recently as a Corporate Credit Manager in Birmingham. John has an extensive knowledge of finance in all areas.

Jenny Mills has worked for BRI since 1995 and is responsible for the administration of ISAs and safe custody investments. Jenny is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, holds the CISI Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) and has an honours degree in Business and Human Resource Management.

Vicki Skinner joined BRI's administration department at the beginning of 2005 in a secretarial capacity and now works closely with the client support and marketing departments. Vicki is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the CISI Administration Qualification (IAQ).

Dean Smith joined BRI in January 2004 and is responsible for the Firm's accounts function and client account administration. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the CISI Administration Qualification (IAQ). Dean also holds the AAT Technician Qualification (Association of Accounting Technicians) and is studying for his Chartered Accountancy exams (ACCA).
